This Privacy Policy explains how Parallel 41 LLC ("Parallel 41," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our website at parallel41.ai (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you email us or otherwise contact us, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Photos you upload to the live demo. Our Site includes an interactive demo that turns a photo into sample marketing content. When you upload a photo, it is processed to generate that content and is sent to our third-party AI provider (Anthropic, PBC) for that purpose. We do not store your uploaded photos after the content is generated.
Usage information. We use a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool (Plausible) to understand aggregate Site traffic — for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where visits come from. This analytics does not use cookies, does not build profiles of individuals, and does not track you across other websites.
How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;
- operate the live demo and return generated content to you;
- understand and improve the Site in aggregate; and
- maintain the security and integrity of the Site.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site, including our AI provider (Anthropic) for the live demo, our analytics provider (Plausible), and our hosting provider. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics is cookieless, so no consent banner is required for it. Any strictly necessary cookies, if used, exist only to make the Site function.
Data retention
We keep contact correspondence only as long as needed to respond to and manage your request. Photos uploaded to the demo are not retained by us after processing.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email us at hello@parallel41.ai. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
